Declare Righteousness Programme (DRP) has over 20 years experience of working in the prison system and 14 years with our partners Off  The Street Ministries from San Diego and Cayman Outreach Association(COA). Through these partnerships and our work in Jamaica, USA and the Cayman Islands  we have seen first hand, that the decisions and choices that some of today’s youth are making is leading them down  path of destruction!

Over the years through our training, experience and working with our partners San Diego Training Center and Off the Street Ministries (OTS), whom have designed Youth Diversion Programmes and Curfew Sweep to help break down the negative thought patterns and behaviors of our youths, through some of America’s hardest rehabilitated criminals from the prison system and off the street, by encouraging them(youth) to live productive lives through their testimonies.

Everyday in America

  • Every 11 seconds a high school student drops out
  • Every 19 seconds a child is arrested
  • Every 4 minutes a child is arrested for a drug offense
  • Every 45 minutes a child or a teen dies from an accident
  • Every 3 hours a child or a teen is killed by a firearm
  • Every 5 hours a child or teen commits suicide

DRP designs and develops its programmes in conjunction with its partners (OTS) to meet the need of families and based on the statistics provided above.

DRP has also worked in the Cayman Islands with Cayman Outreach Association (COA) developing an At-Risk Youth Programme, this allowed us the opportunity to Partner with the Ministry of Education Department, Cayman Islands to create and manage the Extended After School Programme from February 2012 to June 2015, which saw the programme grow from 80 to 1600 students in the 1st year.
